** Patient Care Technician and Inventory Tech
** to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. No dialysis experience required—just a passion for helping others. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow your career in healthcare.

* Reliable transportation Required - Mileage paid

What You’ll Do:

* Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
* Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
* Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
* Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
* Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

What You’ll Need:

* Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
* Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
* Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
* Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
* Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified)

* *** CCHT Current License/certificate active***
* *** Reliable transportation
*** and ability to drive coverage area from St. Lucie to Dayton, FL
* Ability to lift 50lbs
* Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
* Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
* Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when it's safe for our patients.
* Willingness to train and work across multiple facilities within the territory as needed.
* Health care experience a plus including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
* This position also requires successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test, accommodation may be provided
