Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an assisted living community or home setting.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
- Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
PRN – A per‑diem therapist who works on an as‑needed basis. PRN therapists have the flexibility to choose when they work, can accept or decline cases based on availability, and typically earn higher rates. No long‑term contracts; scheduling is flexible and may include weekend or holiday shifts. Ideal for those seeking autonomy and diverse experiences.
