Palm Point is currently recruiting for ACTIVITY THERAPIST
. The Activity Therapist conducts activity therapy to improve functioning and independence, providing activity resources and opportunities for all patients with a focus on improving health and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

assessing patients' activities, conducting therapeutic activity groups, maintaining the health and safety of patients, completing and documenting evaluations of progress, and participating in treatment team meetings.

• Education:
  
  Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, OR Bachelor’s Degree in associated discipline with Certified Recreation Therapist (CTRS) certification.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Registered Art Therapist, Certified Music Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist, Registered Physical Therapist, Certified Recreation Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor.
• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years’ experience providing Activity Therapy; preferably minimum of two (2) years in a psychiatric setting with children, adolescents, and adult population.
