DropX Logistics operates large-scale Amazon last-mile (EDSP) delivery stations , focusing on strong metric performance, manpower control, and compliant, scalable operations.
About Role
We are looking for an Cluster Operations Manager with hands-on experience managing Amazon EDSP stations . The role involves owning multiple stations , handling manpower, fleet, core Amazon metrics, loss prevention , and direct client communication .
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple Amazon last-mile stations (EDSP model)
Own core Amazon metrics
End-to-end manpower, fleet, and station operations
Ensure loss prevention, COD compliance, and audits
Act as single point of contact for Amazon ops/program teams
Drive productivity, cost control, and SOP compliance
Requirements
Mandatory: Experience in Amazon last-mile / EDSP station management
Experience handling multiple stations
Strong knowledge of Amazon metrics, LP, and compliance
Proven leadership and execution skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
