Manufacturing Engineer

Key Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for on-time delivery, reduction in tool cost and process defects and safety and house keeping of all operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Programming of parts as per the load sheet.

2. Creation of process sheets

3. Optimisation of tools and resources.

1. Programming of parts and creation of process sheets Programming of parts, tooling development and etc.

- Look for innovation & Programming knowledge.
- Reduce the cycle time by better method of programming.
- First pass of programming
- Programming of parts as per the load sheet.

2. Creation of process sheets

- Creation of routing of materials & Knowledge in selection of CNC machine
- Providing process guidelines for all critical process.

3. Optimisation of tools and resources

- Cost reduction of cutting tools & Cutting tool knowledge
- Tooling development for new component
- Bring in new material cutting practices
- Reduction in Setup time for all metal and non metal parts by doing setup time reduction projects
