Production Associate
Precision Strip, the best in the metal processing industry, is seeking team‑oriented individuals for a Production Associate role.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly rate starting at $23 and increasing up to $29.21 within two years, plus a shift premium.
- Monthly incentive bonus.
- Company contribution to a 401(k) retirement plan.

- Paid vacation and holidays.
- Uniforms provided, with cleaning service and work‑boot reimbursement.
- Package material according to customer specifications.
- Remove material from the processing area.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to work the weekend night shift (Friday through Sunday, 6 pm–6 am).
- Forklift and crane experience in a manufacturing/production environment is desired.
- Successfully complete our hair‑analysis drug testing and background check.
