Qualificationsand Desired Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly desirable
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of K-12 learners
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning
