Growing progressive robotic welding equipment supplier is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator for our Tipp City, Ohio office. Must be experienced in technical customer service management in a manufacturing or distribution environment..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Supports all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and timely manner and directs calls as needed within the organization.
- Serves as a primary administrative coordination point for Sales management and Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) for information gathering, documentation requirements and communication efforts into the business operations.
- Serves as a key coordinator for all Hub Spot sales tools, to include data management and information exchange within the software package.
- Coordinates with Marketing in support of promotional activities, trade events and notifications to distributor and channel partners.
- Maintains sales quoting tools and templates for update distribution to the sales team or distribution partners.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reporting for Robotic (FA) and Welding Power Sources (WPG) order-in and sales activities.
- Manages incoming robot and welding job orders, to include documentation collection and distribution to respective departments.
- Supports oversite and monitoring of the Advanced Welding Partners (AWP) Agreement program.
- Fields all customer service calls and shared customer service e-mail inbox inquiries.
- Serves as a liaison between the Customer Service Department and other internal departments.
- Provides single-point of contact and data entry for all customers and distributors related to Parts Quotations, Order Entry, Order Shipment, Order Invoicing, Credit Memos, and RGA’s.
- Resolves customer and distributor issues in a timely basis.
- Monitors commonly ordered parts and provides recommendations to Purchasing for safety stock levels, re-order points, etc. to ensure sufficient stock levels are being maintained.
- Coordinates inventory issues regarding back orders, delivery dates, and expediting orders.
- Logs information onto designated spreadsheets and reports as required.
- Performs additional customer service administrative functions as assigned.
Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service Concepts, Microsoft Office Software, and CRM Software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive). Knowledge within a technical industry / technical products background preferred with Customer Service Experience.
Ability to:- Demonstrate a professional demeanor with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Communicate effectively in written and oral methods.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and have flexibility to reschedule tasks when necessary.
- Work in a self-directed, self-motivated environment as well as with a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure ability to perform at a level required for successful accomplishments of essential duties and responsibilities as listed above.

At least five years of experience in Industrial/Distribution Sales or Customer Service-related field.
