We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Customer Service Representative to work in our store. The role involves taking orders, operating equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate all equipment, including touch‑screen order systems.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product following quality standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Enter orders accurately and quickly using keyboard or touch screen.
• Provide upbeat verbal and written communication with customers and co‑workers.
• Make correct monetary change.

• Must be 16 years of age or older (minimum age 18 for certain responsibilities).
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice; excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); quick and accurate.
• Ability to coordinate motor skills for precise movements.
• Comfortable using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Reliable punctuality and dependable work ethic.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and self‑motivated.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (if required for deliveries).

Our stores are open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Flexible scheduling is offered but willingness to work during peak hours is required. In this role you may have progression opportunities to higher responsibilities, including team management.
