Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Tinton Falls, NJ location. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, support the management team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include training and supervising staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, meeting sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves managing store inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving team performance to uphold the brand’s standards and values.

  • Leadership and team management skills, including experience in training, mentoring, and supervision.
  • Customer service expertise, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve inquiries and ensure positive experiences.
  • Sales and performance-driven mindset, with experience in achieving targets and driving store growth.
  • Operations management skills, including inventory tracking, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, brand representation, and a commitment to maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail management experience is preferred.
