• Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
• Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
• Represent Spring Footwear’s family of brands with professionalism and pride
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture

• Friendly, reliable team players with a passion for helping customers
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Multilingual skills are a plus
