Position Overview:

Seasonal Selling Associate. The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

• When on the sales floor: drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers and read cues; provide customers with the right fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• When at the cash wrap: deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience; reinforce customer buying decisions and encourage additional purchases; recover cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• When processing and replenishment: process merchandise to floor readiness; maintain back room and under stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock issues as needed.
• When performing floorset activity: execute floorsets proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with maintenance of back room and under stock.

• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recover and replenish merchandise

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing

Minimum Salary: $16.00

Maximum Salary: $19.75
