Senior Assistant Store Manager

Join Spencer's as a Senior Assistant Store Manager. This position supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control.

Salary range: $19.92 – $20.17 per hour.

Work Hours:

Up to 38 hours per week.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Drive sales and profitability through staff development.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Execute merchandising and inventory control in line with company policies.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours daily.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
