• Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• Effective May 5, 2025, minimum of two (2) years recent experience in specialty required.
• Effective May 5, 2025, minimum of one (1) year experience in a floating professional environment, such as with a travel professional organization, site flexible resource float pool or equivalent environment required.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus.

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
