• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

• Collaborate with associates to build a strong meat team and adapt to business needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards and maintain product quality.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain operational excellence, ensuring quality and date control, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, and aiding members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service and products, and exhibit energy and passion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks and recommend improvements.
