Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2035)

Target is hiring for a Style Consultant who focuses on strong operations and guest experience, bringing energy of style to life through in-store presentations and product knowledge. The role emphasizes helping guests with fashion and product needs, ensuring the floor is well-stocked, accurately priced, and clearly signed across sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, maintaining promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through using merchanising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within time frames.
