Are you a college student looking for a summer internship for your marketing degree? If so, come join Goodheart-Willcox Publisher as a Marketing Intern and dive into real projects that support our marketing and sales teams while gaining valuable corporate experience. This is a 12-week internship and will follow a hybrid schedule that will require a minimum of one day per week in the Tinley Park office.

The compensation we offer for this position is $17.00 per hour.

What you'll do:

• Summer conference support, including social media messaging and marketing collateral.
• Proofreading and QA testing.
• Internet research on school and government websites to identify faculty members and offered courses/programs.
• Sales and marketing database administration.
• Assist in sales follow-up and messaging for summer events.
• Assist in writing scripts for new product videos.
• Assist in writing, editing, posting social media posts and promoting company blog.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 3.0 Major GPA.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Enthusiasm and hardworking attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Some related experience and/or general office experience are a plus.
• Marketing programs are a plus.
