HP Indigo Digital Press Operator

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay range $24-$27/hour, depending on experience and HP Indigo certification level

• Operate HP Indigo 6K digital press to produce jobs as scheduled.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot print quality issues, and make necessary adjustments.
• Load and manage media, inks, and other consumables to keep production running smoothly.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure color accuracy, registration, and printing meet company standards.
• Work closely with production and prepress teams to resolve file issues.
• Follow all company safety protocols, housekeeping procedures, and operational guidelines.

• HP Indigo Level 1 Certified Operator (Level 2 or higher is a plus).
• 1-2 years of previous experience operating HP digital printing equipment (6000 series preferred).
• Strong knowledge of substrates, adhesives, and specialty materials such as BOPP, PET, and metallic stocks.
• Ability to read and interpret press output to achieve quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Above-average computer and software utilization experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift rolls up to 50 lbs.
• Intermittent bending required.
