Job SummaryThe Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational, sales, and financial performance of an assigned Experi Green branch. This role leads both the Service and Sales functions, ensures high-quality production, drives customer retention and growth, and upholds Experi Green’s professional standards for safety, product compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operational Management
- Lead all branch operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient handling of fertilizers and pesticides.
- Manage daily production, routing, and scheduling to maximize route density, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees across all branch functions.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture that reflects Experi Green’s values and service standards.
- Conduct regular branch meetings focused on communication, safety, goals, and performance.
- Partner with Sales Manager and/or sales leadership to drive branch revenue and customer acquisition.
- Ensure alignment between production capacity and sales goals during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Support field sales activities as needed and assist in achieving branch-level sales benchmarks.
- Monitor customer retention, cancellations, and service recovery efforts to drive long-term growth.
- Manage branch P&L performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, labor goals, production efficiency, and profitability targets.
- Track and report all branch metrics including production volume, sales performance, routing efficiency, and cost management.
- Oversee administrative processes such as payroll verification, training documentation, regulatory recordkeeping, and facility compliance.
- Maintain accurate records for hiring, training, inventory, equipment maintenance, and product usage.
- Ensure all services meet Experi Green’s standards for quality, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Enforce safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment operation, PPE, and state/federal regulations.
- Oversee fleet safety, vehicle maintenance, and facility appearance to meet company standards.
- Conduct regular property, equipment, and product inventory inspections to ensure compliance and prevent loss or misuse.
- Support technicians and sales representatives in resolving escalated customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a customer-first mindset across the branch to strengthen retention and referrals.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in branch management, operations management, or service-based leadership preferred.
- Prior lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or related industry experience highly beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- State-required licensing or certifications (or ability to obtain) for fertilizer/pesticide handling.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret branch performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems for scheduling, routing, inventory, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, accountability, and high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

- Extended hours may be required during peak seasons.
