Overview
Maintenance Supervisor - Urgently Hiring
Key Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant undergraduate degree or certification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
- Proven experience in supervision and equipment management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High safety awareness and commitment to GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure the operational readiness of all equipment.
- Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain safety standards and report any equipment or workplace hazards immediately.
