PurposeResident Reviewer Supervisor is a member of the administrative team responsible for directing recovery‑oriented treatment of clients as they transition from nursing homes and long‑term care facilities (SMRFS) to a community setting. Responsibilities include oversight of client resident review/assessments, service planning, transition to community living arrangements, ongoing monitoring, care coordination, and overall wellbeing of clients post‑transition. The supervisor provides direct supervision and training to mental health staff responsible for client service delivery and works alongside the Director to further develop and expand programming.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Participate in decision‑making at an administrative level with Resident Reviewers for Williams –Colbert and the Program Manager.
- Maintain compliance with DHS and court requirements for the program.
- Assist with program development, including policies and procedures, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure quality, recovery‑oriented services are provided to all members.
- Design individual and group training opportunities for staff based on program needs and identified professional development opportunities.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators for program services.
- Provide direct supervision and training to mental health staff, maintain supervision logs, and carry out progressive disciplinary action when needed.
- Interview, hire, coordinate, and/or directly train new staff.
- Attend weekly supervisions with Program Managers, participate in committees and client events as requested, and collaborate on marketing and outreach efforts.

Requirements- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Clinical licensure (LSW/LPC, LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in the social service field, with at least 1 year in a mental health program.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory/managerial experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $65,000 per year
