Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Tinley Park, supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.
In this role you will- Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
- Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including 60‑minute initial evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑up visits.
- No pressure to double‑book and built‑in documentation time support work‑life balance.
- Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule:
Monday through Friday, two evenings per week until 7 PM with last patient scheduled at 6 PM.
- Structured mentorship and robust continuing education platform.

- No required marketing or business development responsibilities.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
- Valid state license to practice and certification in Physical Therapy, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
- Base compensation range $77,000 - $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Sign‑on bonus may be eligible.
