What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Manager

You’ll own the day-to-day success of your customer accounts. You’ll manage relationships, oversee freight operations, and make sure everything runs smoothly from tender to delivery to billing. You’ll work cross-functionally to solve problems fast and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Own day-to-day account management—maintaining, growing, and optimizing existing clients
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive and transparent communication
  • Coordinate load creation, appointment scheduling, and execution with shippers, receivers, and internal teams
  • Lead regular continuous improvement and strategy calls with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor tender volumes, KPIs, and customer scorecards; address variances and performance feedback
  • Partner with Carrier Sales to ensure load coverage, rate alignment, and service expectations
  • Support carrier and driver adoption of mobile tracking and visibility tools
  • Ensure CRM and TMS systems are fully updated with SOPs, billing protocols, and contact details
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts or bring in new business
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
What You Bring to the Table
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or account management
  • Ability to learn and navigate TMS and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and professional
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solver mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Dependable, ethical, and accountable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
