Entry Level Lube Technician

The Garage at Bettenhausen is looking for an experienced Lube Technician to join our team, Full Time. This is a great opportunity to join our service team and grow your automotive career with us! • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Drain oil from crankcase and replace oil and air filters.
• Perform Multi Point Inspection and reports findings, including tire pressure and lubricating moving parts.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Ensure that customer cars and shop are neat and clean - report any customer changes.
• Maintain dealership-owned tools and manuals. Return them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Complete required trainings as necessary.
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Other tasks as assigned.

Pay starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience - additional spiffs and bonuses available!

• Mechanical knowledge required
• Dealership experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
