Advanced Security Limited Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Installation /Service Technician to join our Technical Division
. This role is responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in installations, support and mentor junior technicians, and provide high-quality, client-focused service.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, video, network, and telephone systems)
• Pre-wire, program, test, and commission security systems
• Diagnose and repair system deficiencies
• Lead installations and meet project timelines
• Provide technical support and training to Junior Technicians
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Complete service documentation and work orders
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Follow company policies and Health & Safety standards
• Assist with sales site visits as required

• Proven experience installing and servicing electronic security systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead job sites
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
