INVESTIGATION, ASSESSMENT AND ONGOING WORKER / INVESTIGATION, ASSESSMENT AND ONGOING
As a member of the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team, your primary responsibilities will be to provide a broad spectrum of children’s services. These services may include, but are not limited to, providing preventative and child protection services to children and families, completing risk assessments, developing protection plans and completing the required documentation necessary for determining disposition.

• Provide a wide range of children’s services, including preventative and child protection services to children and families; perform risk assessments; develop protection plans; and prepare the documentation required to determine disposition.

• MSW or BSW preferred; a College Diploma in Social Services may be considered along with other relevant degrees or diplomas deemed suitable by the Executive Director.
• Experience working with children, youth and families is an asset.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislative requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as required.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Valid G class driver’s license and use of own vehicle.

• Salary: $59,724 – $85,697 annually.
