Our Tilton, NH client is seeking a Process Engineer for their team. If you want to optimize processes in a PCBA/electronics manufacturing environment, then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer- Support and improve manufacturing execution systems
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Factory Logix MES workflows
- Translate PCBA processes into Factory Logix (e.g., SMT and through-hole assembly, inspection results, work instructions)
- Release and support production work orders
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
- Support ISO 9001/ISO 13485 compliance and audits
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing systems and data accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in PCBA
- Experience with Factory Logix or similar MES
- Understanding of SMT and through-hole processing and inspection
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, Gerber files, and BOMs
- Strong attention to detail and process control mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with IPC standards
- Familiarity with ISO-regulated manufacturing preferred
