Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team for the 2nd Shift in Hilton, NH
. As a Quality Technician, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting product development, process improvements, and production quality.
Quality Technician – 12‑Month W2 Contract (potential to extend and/or hire permanently).
Location:
Tilton, NH 03276
Schedule:
3rd Shift – 11 pm – 7 am, Sunday – Thursday (work week begins on Sunday night and ends on Friday morning)
Pay Rate: $20–22/hr + Benefits
PPE:
Steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses
- Support product quality, development, process scale‑ups and production processes through standardized, specialized or complex testing and measurements.
- Appraise raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Train plant personnel on quality methods and measurement techniques to promote continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily audits of the manufacturing floor, quantify results and report findings accurately.
- Ability to perform precision testing and operate test equipment reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for teaching and reporting.
- Willingness to work the 3rd shift, hours from 11 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday.
- Steel‑toed shoes and safety glasses are required PPE for this role.
