We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support Quality and Test operations in a PCB and PCBA contract manufacturing environment. This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, test support, and root cause investigation for production issues, customer returns (RMA), prototypes, and new product introductions (NPI). This position is engineering-driven and hands‑on, supporting Quality and Test teams through technical analysis.

Responsibilities- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis for various production issues.
- Provide test support for customer returns (RMA), prototypes, and new product introductions (NPI).
- Perform root cause investigations to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with Quality and Test teams to enhance technical analysis and support.
- Utilize board level testing, circuit testing, and other methodologies to ensure product reliability.
- Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.
- Expertise in board level troubleshooting and circuit testing.
- Familiarity with test engineering, including ICT and flying probe.
- Ability to apply methodologies such as 5Y and Fishbone diagrams.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
This is a Permanent position based out of Tilton, NH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $/yr. Full benefits including health insurance.
