Welfare 4 Hire is an independent specialist provider of mobile welfare units and site accommodation solutions across the UK. Established in 2010, we have built a strong reputation as a leading welfare-facility provider for construction, events, utilities and other industries.

We operate nationally from multiple depots and pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality, HSE‑compliant mobile welfare units ranging from units for six people up to 16‑person models with offices, toilets, canteens and drying rooms.

The fleet is modern, efficient, eco‑friendly (for example our “Ecosmart” range with low emissions and high efficiency) and our culture emphasises reliability, service and a forward‑thinking approach.

As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for servicing mobile welfare units either on customer sites or within our depots. This includes handling toilet systems, water refills, consumables, and light cleaning/maintenance.

• Operating commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
• Attending customer sites to service welfare units
• Carry out toilet pump‑outs, water refills, consumable restocking, adding toilet additives and cleaning
• Pump out of depot holding tanks as required
• Complete daily waste “tip offs” at local authority discharge points
• Ensure all paperwork and system reports are completed accurately, with supporting photographs
• Carry out general depot duties, including cleaning and basic maintenance of units
• Maintain high driving standards and hold a clean licence (B+E category desirable)

• Hold a Full UK Driving licence
• Previous driving experience
• Previous commercial cleaning experience desirable
• Drive vehicles in a safe, considerate and professional manner
• Experience with GPS navigation, mapping, and route planning
• Customer service skills
