We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operative to join our team in Tilbury. This is a temporary position with a minimum duration of 6 weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance. The role involves operating machinery ranging from 5 to 14 tons and contributing to essential groundwork projects. • Operate machinery ranging from 5 to 14 tons efficiently and safely.
• Dig new foundations and trenches as per project requirements.

• Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically 5 to 14-ton machines.
• CPCS certification is preferred; however, NPORS certification will also be considered.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Begin each day with a safety briefing and equipment inspection.
• Operate machinery to dig foundations and trenches as directed by the project supervisor.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs.
