Salary: £42,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a well-established homecare provider in Tilbury, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the opening of a brand new franchise and play a key role in its success.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the homecare service, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our clients. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management of the homecare service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care delivery
Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement
Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring the financial stability of the service
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Keep abreast of industry developments and implement best practices to enhance the service
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as CQC and Safeguarding
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
Good understanding of IT systems and ability to adapt to new technology
Passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives
