Een detailhandelorganisatie in Tilburg zoekt een assistent filiaalmanager met een flair voor zowel denken als doen. In deze rol ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de optimale klantbeleving en het behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je ontwikkelt medewerkers, stimuleert samenwerking en ziet commerciële kansen om in te spelen. Een MBO-4 of Havo diploma is vereist, net als minimaal 12 maanden ervaring.
Het salaris ligt tussen de €2.950 en €3.700 per maand met jaarlijkse bonus. Diverse kortingen en opleidingen worden aangeboden.
