Upcoming operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For the Scent department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (both powders and liquids) that form the basis of IFF’s high-quality products.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
• Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
• Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
• Operating and monitoring equipment;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace;
• Following all safety and quality regulations;
• Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process.

Working hours

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage: €20,69 plus 30% shift allowance paid on all hours
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• A contract directly at IFF in the future

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum level B2)
• Experience as a production employee or operator with a minimum of 3 years
• Accurate and detail-oriented, with no objection to physical work up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work in a 5 shift system
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
