Engineering Supervisor

What will you do?

You are the main point of contact for engineering within Soda Stream NLC. You lead the engineering team and report directly to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager. In this dynamic environment, you ensure optimal performance of our CO₂ refilling and distribution operations, as well as packaging services for the European market. You are hands‑on, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Safety First: Maintain a safe, compliant work environment; proactively manage risks; implement Soda Stream standards (MSDS, PPE).
• Operations & Projects: Optimize processes for efficiency and cost; lead equipment upgrades and automation initiatives; manage external partners, permits, and spare parts; organize training for new systems.
• Technical Expertise: Create and interpret CAD/Solid Works drawings; calculate project ROI; read mechanical/electrical schematics; lead FAT & SAT processes with HQ.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop the engineering team; handle HR matters including performance, training, and recruitment.
• Additional Duties: Ensure high standards of workplace organization; report KPIs; support QESH safety and environmental programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the FMCG sector; industrial hygiene experience is a plus.
• Strong technical skills (CAD/Solid Works, mechanical/electrical drawings) and project management expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Dutch is an advantage.
