Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales within the energy sector, with a focus on LV/MV power distribution products and systems, developing Channel Sales/Distributors, Contractors and OEMs mainly
He/She most have solid experience in the management of the sales funnel/pipeline (prospecting, lead conversion, quotation and closing of sales).
Must have technical understanding of the LV/MV products and solutions required for an electric power distribution system.
Desirable that he/she has experience in the development of LV/MV projects and contracts.
Meet the assigned sales target by executing the regional sales strategy focused on the commercialization of MV/LV products and solutions in the assigned region, ensuring the alignment of values, policies and objectives between the company and the Client.
# Develop and execute the regional sales strategy focused on the marketing of MV/LV products and solutions in the assigned region for the different types of Clients such as Distributors, Contractors, OEMs & Integrator Panel Builder.
# Effectively develop the traditional and consultative sales process and CRM exploitation, including prospecting, identification and qualification of leads, contact and diagnosis of needs, quotation and presentation of the offer, handling of objections and closing of the sale, signing of the contract, follow-up and support for payments, after-sales and loyalty.
# Develop and maintain effective and long-term interpersonal relationships with Clients, stakeholders and decision-makers.
