* Logistics Analyst

– Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment between San Diego, Mexico, and Texas.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations, including Rule 8 and non-USMCA materials.
- Track import pediments, freight costs, scrap, and calculate overall financial impact to the Vapo Mex budget.
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate logistics cost reports and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Hard Skills

- Import/export operations and compliance (Rule 8, pediments, export documentation).

- Experience with ERP systems
- Logistics coordination and freight management.
- Cost analysis, reporting, and metrics development.
- Inventory control and scrap process management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of FDA-regulated or medical device environments (ISO, GMP) is a plus.
