Junior Recruitment Assistant – Manufacturing Site

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday:
Reduced hours depending on hiring volume

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Assistant to support our high-volume hiring efforts at the manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating face-to-face, large-scale recruitment processes, especially for operational and manufacturing roles.
You will be the first point of contact for on-site candidates, helping guide them through the hiring steps and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in candidates arriving for interviews
Support recruiters during candidate interviews and assessments
Ensure completion and accuracy of all new-hire documentation
Schedule medical exams, background checks, and other onboarding steps
Maintain updated and organized recruitment records and daily reports
Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume, on-site recruiting (manufacturing preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to conduct or support in-person interviews professionally
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); ATS knowledge is a plus
Bilingual:
Fluent in  Spanish and English  (verbal and written)
