Remote Production Planner

Develop and manage production plans aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales objectives and on-time delivery commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
# Develop 4-week production plans aligned with customer demand.
# Monitor sales order shipments to prevent late deliveries.
# Track and report production plan progress and on-time delivery performance.
# Prepare and present Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall reports.
# Manage order pull-ins and push-outs in coordination with CSR team.
# Provide delivery commitments for late or at-risk orders.
# Monitor demand trends and identify unauthorized changes within lead time using Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall tools.
# Identify material shortages and assess impact on sales, production plans, and customer shipments.
# Prepare 4-week visibility forecasts of overdue orders.
# Coordinate urgent order exceptions and special requests.
# Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production, material, or process issues and propose solutions.
# Communicate projected late shipments to CSR, Area Manager, and Planning Manager.
# Partner with Purchasing to ensure adequate inventory levels.
# Coordinate with Receiving and Shipping to ensure alignment with production plans and customer requirements.
# Work closely with Customer Service to ensure sales orders are accurately created in the system and prevent shipment delays.

Job Profile
# Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
# Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
# Advanced English (90%).
# Experience in inventory management and material planning.
# Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
# Experience working with Oracle (ERP).
# Strong prioritization skills.
# Decision-making ability.
# Team-oriented mindset.
