We are a Portland cannabis product manufacturing company that distributes to 300+ dispensaries across the State of Oregon. We offer a large line of products across our two CPG brands (Fire Dept. Cannabis & Feel Goods), including edibles (cookies, rice crispy treats, gummies), kief, a full line of vapes, a full-line of pre-rolls (infused, single units, multipacks, hemp-wrapped blunts) with new products coming out regularly.

As an inside Sales Representative, you are an organized, driven professional, eager to oversee a robust portfolio of dispensaries across the state.
You thrive on seeking out new accounts while fostering growth and development within your existing portfolio. Whether walking into new opportunities or managing turn‑key accounts, you approach every interaction with the goal of building lasting relationships and driving success.
With strong planning skills, you proactively organize your schedule to maximize productivity, ensuring efficient coordination of outreach to current accounts, new account and coordinating with our team of delivery drivers and Brand Ambassadors to ensure deliveries, samples and SWAG all get deployed in a strategic and organized manner.
As a self‑starter, you take initiative, maintain accountability, and deliver on your promises with minimal oversight. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and make the most of every opportunity sets you apart as a vital part of the team. Resilient and resourceful, you turn "No's" and "maybe's" into opportunities, ensuring success in every aspect of your role.
What you'll do:- Regular outreach to existing accounts via phone, email and video calls to ensure all accounts (dispensaries) are fully stocked and educated on our product portfolio.
- Identifying new potential accounts and coordinating
- Coordinate product sample drops and vendor days with new and existing accounts – We have a team of drivers and Brand Ambassadors that will do the physical delivery of product and work the vendor day booths.
- Keep detailed notes on all accounts and manage a CRM (customer relationship management) system to maintain touch points.
- Communicate with our executive team to relay market feedback and customer information.
- Drive sales and meet revenue plans.
- Work overtime as needed.
- 2 years of business-to-business sale experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of cannabis industry
- METRC knowledge and understanding of OLCC compliance expectations
- Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to travel long distances
- OLCC marijuana worker permit
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be proficient in Google and/or Microsoft suites
- Ability to adopt new systems and technology
