Responsibilities- Connect:

Required:
- Active Oregon or SW Washington Real Estate License (or license pending).
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Commitment to 30+ hours per week, including flexible evenings and weekends based on client needs.
- Coachable with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn our systems, scripts, and sales techniques.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude for building client relationships.
- Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable in a commission‑based environment.
- Basic tech proficiency or quick learner - we provide training.
- Organized with good time management; customer service or sales interest a plus.
- Team player with local market knowledge preferred.
