PurposeThe reason the job exists. The New Home Consultant at Pahlisch Homes leads the sales efforts for assigned communities, ensuring exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing. This role exists to drive sales performance, manage onsite sales operations, and lead the sales process in alignment with company values and goals. The New Home Consultant is responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships, collaborating cross-functionally with construction and customer care teams, and ensuring that sales offices and model homes reflect the quality and professionalism of the Pahlisch brand.

- Lead all sales activity for assigned communities, meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Manage the onsite sales office and model homes. Immediately greet and acknowledge customers. Ensures a welcoming and professional environment for the enjoyment of buyers and brokers.
- Present homes, floor plans, pricing, and community information to prospective buyers in an engaging and knowledgeable manner. Demonstrate proficiency in the Company’s sales process, identify the community strengths, and address most limitations.
- Guide buyers through the entire new construction sales process, from contract to closing, providing clarity on timelines, selections, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hub Spot) including buyer interactions, traffic reports, and follow-up activities.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to New Home Associates and/or sales support staff assigned to the community and during their onboarding in order to complete their new hire checklist.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Participate in scheduled weekly sales and construction meetings, reporting on sales status, buyer concerns, and market trends. Provide consistent and accurate updates to buyers.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of area competitors, with specific awareness of product positioning, sales, and current community status. Determine the Unique Selling Proposition, any advantages and disadvantages, and actively seek strategies to ensure community sells according to the business plan.
- Perform monthly community outreach to local real estate offices, relocation specialists, and top-rated buyer’s agents. Lead open houses, broker events, and community tours, representing Pahlisch Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm. Actively call on past leads and existing Pahlisch homeowners for referrals.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in new home sales or residential real estate; proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Active Oregon Real Estate license required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work weekends and some evenings as required by community sales activity.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building industry and market trends in Central Oregon preferred.

$40,000 base draw (100% commission based with draw against future commissions, uncapped)
