American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Train and coach the Floorset team and set productivity goals to execute Floorsets according to standards;
Drive Floorset execution and ensure store areas from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobes meet Floorset standards;
Own day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment;
Maintain AEO Brand Standards and ensure guest experience remains a priority;
Support the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold merchandising adjustments and replenishment
