Overview

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and help build brand loyalty. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You re a people person who uses the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver who proactively resolves guest concerns while following company policy.
• You are a team player who supports the team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO s policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 18 years old.
