As part of our Sales Team, you will provide superior service, present merchandise, discuss financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals.

• Engage customers to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information about features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Strong desire to celebrate customers’ special moments.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability through peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Positive, customer-focused approach to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
