Entry Level Warehouse – Tigard

We are seeking a dedicated Shipper & Receiver to join our team. This role is crucial in preparing outgoing shipments and coordinating with the Customer Service team to ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and promptly.

• Transact customer orders using both carrier and ERP systems.

• Perform quality control inspections within the workflow as necessary.

• Package and tape international shipments in multi-pack cartons for export.

• Affix shipping labels on packed cartons.

• Take an accurate inventory count at the end of each day.

• Serve as a back-up order picker as needed.

• Assemble cardboard cartons for large, multipack shipments.

• Move prepared shipments from shipping cart to dock door as needed.

• Contact forwarding companies to arrange pick-up via call or email.

• Consign shipments to forwarders and ensure the correct shipments are consigned by verifying documents.

• Maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers.

• Ensure the shipping area is kept organized and neat.

• Keep the supervisor informed of issues on the shipping floor.

Work in our new Distribution Center located in Tigard, designed with racks similar to those in a Costco, using material handling equipment to stage orders for shipment. The position operates on a day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, or a swing shift from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Dress code is casual and comfortable, suitable for a warehouse environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tigard, OR.
