Join us as a full-time Independent Insurance Agent at our Tigard, Oregon location. In this role, you’ll:

• Manage your own book of business while handling insurance sales and providing exceptional customer service.
• Enjoy a 100% commission structure, with book ownership granted after two years—can be used as a built-in retirement plan.
• Experience a true independent opportunity—this isn’t corporate America. Captured agents are welcome!

• Proven insurance sales skills or proven sales skills that will transfer
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A knack for analyzing and assessing client needs to provide appropriate coverage
• Detail-oriented and organized work ethic
• Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and policies
• Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is a plus
• P&C Insurance license (or the willingness to attain one)
• An understanding of unlimited earning potential
• An understanding of owning your book of business
