We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage, support, and optimize an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used across finance, operations, and supply chain functions. This role is responsible for ERP system administration, reporting, analytics, security, and user support, while partnering with IT and business leaders to improve system performance and data accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ERP administration, SQL, reporting, and business process optimization.

Administer, maintain, and support the company’s ERP system. Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot system issues. Manage ERP user access, roles, permissions, and security controls. Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and analytics. Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis. Provide ERP support and training to end users. Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Document ERP processes, procedures, and best practices.

Partner with IT, finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Identify opportunities to improve ERP efficiency and data integrity.

5+ years of experience as an ERP Administrator, ERP Analyst, or ERP Systems Administrator. Hands-on experience with ERP systems in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred. Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases. Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience managing ERP security and user permissions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Experience with Epicor, Epicor Eclipse, or similar ERP platforms. Experience supporting ERP systems across finance, inventory, and operations. Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.
