Occupational Therapist – Hands at Providence Medical Group, Bridgeport – Full Time, Day Schedule

$5,000 for eligible rehires and external hires meeting qualifications and conditions of payment.

Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Master's or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience
• Coursework or training in specialized occupational therapy to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
