Do you believe in the power of collaboration and creativity? Are you ready to play a vital role in helping children and families build brighter futures?

We’re looking for therapists who are eager to learn, committed to collaboration, and invested in building our clinic — one success at a time.

At ADHD Child and Family Services, our focus is on providing engaging, creative, and high-quality mental health services. As a specialty clinic, we embrace a strength-based perspective, partnering with families to teach new skills and behaviors that lead to growth that empowers our clients to live more fulfilling, meaningful, and healthy lives.

The People We Serve Our clients are often energetic and out-of-the-box thinkers who need support with impulse control, emotional regulation, navigating friendships, and developing their sense of self. We focus on building skills, providing psychoeducation, supporting families, and boosting self-esteem. In addition to ADHD, our clients may also face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues or lagging social skills.

Why Join Us? Our clinic is dedicated to learning and innovation. As a team, we prioritize ongoing training, ensuring our therapists have the tools they need to feel confident and successful. We are committed to investing in you by offering training, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your expertise. We offer regular clinical consultation and case collaboration, opportunities to develop expertise in ADHD treatment, access to emerging best practices and innovative approaches, and support for professional growth through conferences, certifications, and continued education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples (LMFT only), and/or family therapy.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services.
  • Offer family support, communication, and education.
  • Facilitate therapy groups.
  • Advocate for clients within larger systems.
  • Coordinate with and refer clients to other qualified providers.
  • Maintain the clinical record for each client and ensure documentation meets all compliance standards set forth in organization policy and insurance contracts.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and regular group supervision/consultation.
Qualifications
  • A completed Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field that meets Oregon licensing requirements.
  • Licensure with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Therapists or Board of Licensed Social Workers.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families (graduate-level experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of the impacts of oppression and persecution on mental health and daily functioning, with experience applying trauma-informed care principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

If you are passionate about making meaningful change and eager to grow alongside a dedicated team, we invite you to apply and become part of something truly special. Together, we can create lasting success — one child, and one family at a time.

Please Note:

To maintain ethical boundaries, active clients of ADHD Child & Family Services or affiliated providers are not eligible for employment with our clinic. Additionally, those who accept a position with ADHD Child & Family Services will be ineligible to receive clinical services from our clinic until all professional or personal relationship concerns are resolved.
