The People We Serve Our clients are often energetic and out-of-the-box thinkers who need support with impulse control, emotional regulation, navigating friendships, and developing their sense of self. We focus on building skills, providing psychoeducation, supporting families, and boosting self-esteem. In addition to ADHD, our clients may also face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues or lagging social skills.

• Provide individual, couples (LMFT only), and/or family therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services.
• Offer family support, communication, and education.
• Facilitate therapy groups.
• Advocate for clients within larger systems.
• Coordinate with and refer clients to other qualified providers.
• Maintain the clinical record for each client and ensure documentation meets all compliance standards set forth in organization policy and insurance contracts.
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and regular group supervision/consultation.

• A completed Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field that meets Oregon licensing requirements.
• Licensure with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Therapists or Board of Licensed Social Workers.
• At least 3 years of experience providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families (graduate-level experience may be considered).
• Knowledge of the impacts of oppression and persecution on mental health and daily functioning, with experience applying trauma-informed care principles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
